Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Minimum stay: 1 night

Check-in time: 15:00

Check-out time: 12:00 (late check-out is subject to availability)

 

Rates Include

Maid services every three days or upon customer’s request.

Linen (sheets & towels) change every three days.

Hairdryer, Oral Hygiene Kit, Bathrobes, One-use Slippers, Towels and Toiletries.

Electricity, Water, Air-Condition, Full Maintenance Service are included.

*Our rates are quoted in Euro including 0.5% municipal TAX and 13% VAT.

*Rates are per unit per day.

*For stays from November to February (low season), guests are obligated to pay

an Environmental Tax of 0,50 Euro per unit per day, upon arrival by credit card or

cash payment. For the rest of the year, from March to October (high season),

guests are obligated to pay an Environmental Tax of 1,50 Euro per unit per day,

upon arrival by credit card or cash payment.

These taxes are not included in the rates that are presented in our website.

N.S.N Place does not profit from these environmental taxes and is responsible

for remitting these environmental taxes to the Greek government.

 

Payment & Cancellation

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required when your reservation. 

The remaining 80% will be paid upon arrival by credit card or cash payment. Bank

transfers are also accepted. 

Should you choose to pay the full amount of your reservation and then cancel, the

20% non-refundable deposit will be kept and you will receive the 80% refundable

amount.

Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation

Confirmation Email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the

 

information carefully and contact us at (info@nsplace.gr) if you have any

questions or require any changes.

 

The remaining amount to be paid for your reservation including the taxes, is due

on check-in at the apartment. NS Place accepts cash and credit card.

Alternatively, you may pay your remaining amount via bank wire transfer prior to

your arrival. Please contact us at info@nsplace.gr in case you want us to send

you the bank account details and wire transfer instructions.

NS Place will ensure that each cancellation will be handled with flexibility and

goodwill.

 

Terms Conditions of use

All subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities are provided by N.S.N Place I.K.E.,

as a service to its customers and may be used for informational purposes only.

By using, viewing, transmitting, storing and/or otherwise utilizing our site, the

services or functions offered in or by our site and/or its contents in any way, you

have irrevocably agreed to each, and all the terms and conditions set out below.

In the event you do not agree to each or all these terms and conditions, please do

not use this site.

 

Changes to our Site

We reserve the right at our sole and absolute discretion to make changes,

corrections and/or enhancements, alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of

our site or the content including these terms and conditions of use, services, or

product available through it, including your access to it, at any time without

notice. Such changes will become effective immediately, therefore, you should

check these terms from time to time for changes. Your continued use of the site

following the posting of the changes will mean you accept those changes.

Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the content and the

information appearing on our site is as accurate and true as possible, NS Place is

not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the site nor if information

contained in it is not updated.

not endorsing, sponsoring, or recommending such sites or the materials

distributed by/or services provided by them, and are not responsible for the

Availability of our Site

NS Place shall use their reasonable endeavors to ensure that this site is

functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that its services shall be

uninterrupted, error free and free from viruses or other harmful components.

Furthermore, when you make a reservation online to stay at NS Place, the

booking or confirmation number may be stored in a cookie on your computer and

To the extent permitted by law, NS Place shall not be liable for the viewing, use or

operation of our site or the information contained therein or due to an inability to

provide services or information that normally are provided by our site, save for

 

liability arising out of the willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of NS
